Project Policies
At WebWorks Unlimited, we believe clear communication is key to a successful project. Below are our project policies to help ensure smooth collaboration and excellent results.
Project Scope
All project deliverables, timelines, and expectations will be outlined in a written agreement before work begins.
Any changes to the original scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.
Communication
Primary communication will occur via email or scheduled calls.
We aim to respond to all client messages within 1–2 business days.
Revisions
Each project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions (e.g., 2–3 rounds depending on package).
Additional revisions outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.
Payments
A 50% non refundable deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due before final delivery.
Invoices are payable within 5 business days of receipt unless otherwise stated.
Timeline
Project timelines are estimated based on timely client responsiveness.
Delays in providing content, feedback, or approvals may result in a revised completion date.
If delays occur, the project may lose its priority status and be rescheduled behind other active projects in our production queue.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide requested materials (e.g., logos, copy, images) in a timely manner.
Final proofreading and content accuracy are the client’s responsibility.
Intellectual Property
Final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment.
WebWorks Unlimited retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon.
Cancellation Policy
Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If the project is canceled after work has begun and the amount of work completed exceeds 50% of the total project value, the client will be responsible for paying the additional amount based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
Privacy
All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared without permission.
