At WebWorks Unlimited, we believe clear communication is key to a successful project. Below are our project policies to help ensure smooth collaboration and excellent results.
Terms of Service & Project Policies
At WebWorks Unlimited, we believe clear communication is key to a successful project. The following terms and project policies help ensure smooth collaboration, clear expectations, and excellent results for both parties.
Project Scope
All project deliverables, timelines, and expectations will be outlined in a written agreement before work begins.
Any changes to the original scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.
Communication
Primary communication will occur via email or scheduled calls.
We aim to respond to all client messages within 1–2 business days.
Revisions
Each project includes up to three rounds of revisions, depending on the package or written agreement.
Additional revisions outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.
Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due before final delivery unless otherwise stated in writing.
Invoices are payable within 5 business days of receipt.
Failure to pay invoices within the stated timeframe may result in project delays or suspension of services.
Timeline
Project timelines are estimated based on timely client responsiveness.
Delays in providing content, feedback, approvals, or required materials may result in a revised completion date.
If delays occur, the project may lose its priority status and be rescheduled behind other active projects in our production queue.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all requested materials (including logos, copy, images, branding assets, and other content) in a timely manner.
Final proofreading, factual accuracy, and legal compliance of all website content are the responsibility of the client.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, final project deliverables become the property of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
WebWorks Unlimited retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.
Cancellation Policy
Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If the project is canceled after work has begun and the amount of completed work exceeds 50% of the total project value, the client will be responsible for paying the additional amount based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
Third-Party Services
Many web projects rely on third-party software, plugins, hosting providers, payment processors, and other services.
WebWorks Unlimited is not responsible for service interruptions, security vulnerabilities, software changes, discontinued products, or pricing changes made by third-party providers.
Ongoing Maintenance
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, ongoing website maintenance, updates, backups, or security monitoring are not included after project completion.
Ongoing maintenance services may be offered under a separate maintenance agreement.
Limitation of Liability
WebWorks Unlimited will not be held liable for any damages, loss of revenue, business interruption, data loss, or other damages resulting from the use or inability to use a website or related services.
While we strive to provide reliable and secure solutions, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of websites, hosting environments, or third-party services.
Privacy
All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without permission unless required by law.
Governing Law
These terms and policies are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
Policy Updates
